What it is

One-on-one yoga, paced and sequenced for your body. We can build strength and flexibility, settle the nervous system, or rebuild a practice you've stepped away from.

Listen

Each session opens with a short check-in. What's tight, what's tender, what does your week look like? We sequence from there.

Practice

A sequence built for today — flow, hold, breath, rest. I cue, adjust, and offer variations so you always have the right shape.

Settle

We close with breath work or savasana. You leave the mat feeling clearer than when you stepped on it.

Common questions.

I'm completely new to yoga — is that okay?
Absolutely. Private sessions are the gentlest way to start. We move at your pace, build vocabulary together, and skip anything that doesn't serve you.
What style of yoga do you teach?
A blend of vinyasa, hatha, and restorative — chosen for what your body needs that day. I'm RYT 200-hour certified and lean toward functional, anatomy-informed sequencing.
Do I need a mat and props?
A mat is helpful. If you don't have blocks or a strap I'll bring them, or we'll improvise with books and a belt — props are tools, not requirements.
Can yoga help with a specific injury or tightness?
Often, yes. Tell me what's going on at booking and we'll design a practice that respects the area and works the surrounding chains intelligently.
How is this different from a studio class?
Every shape, breath, and rest is calibrated to you — not to a room of twenty. You get hands-on cues, real adjustments, and a sequence that actually progresses week to week.
