Each session opens with a short check-in. What's tight, what's tender, what does your week look like? We sequence from there.

A sequence built for today — flow, hold, breath, rest. I cue, adjust, and offer variations so you always have the right shape.

We close with breath work or savasana. You leave the mat feeling clearer than when you stepped on it.
