Personalized strength, mobility, and balance training delivered to your home. We coordinate with your physiotherapist or doctor when relevant, and we never rush a comeback.

Common questions.

I haven't exercised in years — is this for me?
Yes. Most of my seniors and rehab clients start exactly where you are. We begin gently with movement you can feel good about and build from there.
Do you work alongside my physiotherapist or doctor?
Gladly. With your permission I'll review their notes and align the training plan so we reinforce — never contradict — your medical care.
Can you help with balance and fall prevention?
Absolutely. Balance, lower-body strength, and reaction time are core pillars of the program. I'm a certified Seniors Fitness Specialist trained in this work.
What about chronic conditions like arthritis or osteoporosis?
Programs are tailored around them. We choose loading patterns and ranges of motion that build bone and joint resilience without flaring symptoms.
Do you train in my home?
Yes. I come to you anywhere in Vancouver, which removes the commute and lets us train in the environment you actually live in.
