Prenatal personal training session

What it is

Trimester-specific strength, mobility, and breath work, plus a postpartum rebuild focused on core, pelvic floor, and the demands of new motherhood — lifting, carrying, sleep deprivation, all of it.

Postpartum, we build slowly: core reconnection, pelvic floor, posture, then strength. No rushing the return.

FAQ

Common questions.

When in pregnancy can I start training with you?
Any trimester, with clearance from your care provider. I work with first-time movers and lifelong athletes alike, adjusting intensity to where you are.
How soon after birth can we begin?
Gentle reconnection work can start in the early weeks once you're cleared. Full strength training usually begins around 6–8 weeks postpartum, but every recovery is different.
Do you work with diastasis recti or pelvic floor concerns?
Yes. I screen for both and build programs that protect and rebuild the deep core. For complex cases I'll also refer you to a pelvic floor physiotherapist.
Can my baby be at the session?
Of course. Newborns napping nearby, toddlers playing in the next room — it all works. I'm a mom too; I plan for the realistic version of your day.
What if I have low energy on session day?
We adjust, never push through. Some sessions become restorative mobility and breath. The point is consistency, not heroics.
