A fully equipped trainer at your door. I bring everything we need — bands, kettlebells, mats — and design every session around your space, your schedule, and what your body is asking for today.

Conversation

We start with a free 20-minute call to talk goals, history, injuries, and logistics. No pressure, no upsell.

Assessment

Our first session is a movement and posture assessment. We establish a baseline and co-author your plan.

Show up

I arrive on time with everything we need. You bring water and comfortable clothes. We work for 60 focused minutes.

Common questions.

What neighbourhoods in Vancouver do you serve?
I train clients throughout Vancouver, including the West End, Kitsilano, Mount Pleasant, Yaletown, Downtown, and the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location is in range, just ask.
Do I need any equipment at home?
No. I bring resistance bands, kettlebells, mats, and anything else we need. If you have a few pieces already, we'll build the program around them.
How long is a typical session?
Standard sessions run 60 minutes. Some clients prefer 45-minute focused blocks — we'll choose together based on your goals and schedule.
How much space do I need?
An area roughly the size of a yoga mat plus one step in each direction is enough for most sessions. A living room, balcony, or condo gym all work well.
What's your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations are billed at the full session rate.
