I'm Daniela — a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor based in Vancouver. For two decades I've worked with new mothers, weekend hikers, executives, seniors rebuilding mobility, and athletes coming back from injury.

My approach is unhurried and intentional. We start with a real conversation — what your body has carried, what it wants to do next — and we build from there. No bootcamp shouting, no copy-paste programs. Just attentive, evidence-based coaching, delivered to your living room, your gym, or anywhere with a screen.
