About Daniela
From a small town in the Kootenays to two decades of training Vancouver — a story about movement, patience, and showing up for the body you have.

The Story
I was raised in the small town of Trail, BC. My early years were filled with a deep appreciation for the great outdoors — camping, hiking, swimming in lakes. As I grew into a teen, my fascination with fitness exploded: stair workouts, push-ups in my bedroom, aerobic classes at the local gym, and outdoor runs.
That passion kept growing into adulthood and eventually carried me to Vancouver. After trying a few different jobs, I found my true calling as a personal trainer. Over many years I honed my skills at the prestigious Hollyburn Country Club, training everyone from teenagers and seniors to professional athletes.
After more than 17 years of self-employment in Vancouver, I now focus on mobile personal training — bringing the gym experience right to your door. My expertise spans meal planning, rehabilitation, flexibility, strength, and more, all tailored around your goals.

The Approach
I draw on a wide range of tools — free weights, kettlebells, plyometrics, and cardio-specific work. Fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time. With a progressive schedule your workouts never get easier; the exercises keep evolving so your body can't settle in.
I've trained men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Every program comes with meal planning, nutritional education, and consistent moral support and motivation by email and phone between sessions.
Outside the gym I've completed Seek the Peak, three half-marathons, and climbed the Grouse Grind more times than I can count (best time: 40 minutes). On my own time you'll find me hiking, on a yoga mat, or lifting.
