"When she started with me, I couldn't even do one sit up with her holding down my ankles to help. Now I can do dozens without any assistance. Very versatile in training options — with equipment or without, and some days we just decide to go for a hike instead. It's been 10 months and I've seen a dramatic change in my body and overall well being. I'm in my 40's and Daniela always gets me challenged and motivated, and having her come to my house is a perfect way to ensure I don't skip any sessions. She's great company and easy to get along with, and I'm grateful our paths connected!"
