What it is
A private group session for 2–4 people who share roughly similar goals and fitness levels. Held in a home, condo gym, or Vancouver park.

We talk about each person's goals, history, and any injuries, then design a program that genuinely works for everyone.

I bring all the equipment. Sessions are 60 minutes, paced so no one's bored and no one's drowning.

We track each person individually but train together. Accountability built in.
