A weekly live session over video plus a structured program in a shared app. I watch your form in real time, cue corrections, and revise the plan as your body responds.

Onboarding

We meet over video to talk goals and history, then run a movement screen so I can see how you move.

Program

Within a few days you get a written program with video demos, sets, reps, and notes — all in one app.

Weekly session

We meet live each week. I coach in real time, you ask questions, and we adjust the program together.

Common questions.

Which platforms do you use for live sessions?
We meet over Zoom or Google Meet — whichever you prefer. Your program lives in a dedicated training app with video demos and a built-in chat.
Do I need a gym or special equipment?
No. I build the program around what you actually have — bodyweight, a set of bands, a few dumbbells, or a full home gym. We work with your reality.
How often will we meet live?
Most clients book one live session per week and complete two to three self-guided sessions in between. We can scale up or down as your life demands.
Can you train me if I don't live in Vancouver?
Yes. Online clients train with me from across Canada and abroad. As long as our time zones can overlap by an hour each week, we can make it work.
How do you adjust the program over time?
I review your logged sessions every week and revise the program every four to six weeks based on what's working, what's not, and how your goals are evolving.
