“I recently bought a membership at World Gym in Kelowna. I had to do the mandatory initial trainer appt, where they show you how to use the equipment. My trainer was Daniela for this introduction to the gym. She walked me through a few basic things then set up a program for me. I liked her personality and training style immediately. I decided to buy  5 sessions with her to get some more training tips and see what the one on one training was like. Daniela was fantastic, she pushed me and challenged my body with something new and fun every time i saw her. The 5 sessions went ended, but I was hooked. I bought 36 sessions with her. Not only did i get a great deal by buying the large package but i am excited to go to the gym, for the first time in my life. OK well maybe not every time, but once i am there working out with Daniela I remember why I am doing it. After only a few weeks I am stronger, I can see muscle tone in my legs and arms. I can jog longer then i have ever been able to.

Having Daniela as my trainer has changed my outlook on the gym. I am never bored, Daniela always has a new surprise for my workout. Some of the exercises like the bur-pees I cringe when she mentions them, but she is very encouraging. I always feel proud of myself when I have finished a workout with her. Daniela continuously tells me what a great job I am doing and how far I have come.

I am grateful for all the time and effort she puts into each of our sessions, I have never felt better. Doing the personal training with Daniela is the best money I have spent on myself. I highly recommend you try it for yourself. Be careful though, it is addicting!!
