I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over ten years training hundreds of clients helping them achieve theirgoals. Because no two people are alike, neither are their workouts. I will develop a program that is specific to you and you only. My mission is to see my clients achieve their exercise and fitness goals as effectively and as fast as is possible. Each training session is maximized by the attention I pay to unique individual needs, to movement efficiency, and to exercise safety.
I employ a wide range of exercises including, free weights, kettle bells, plyometrics, and cardio specific workouts, fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time. Through a workout schedule that is progressive, your workouts are never getting easier – in fact, the exercises are always getting harder making it difficult for your body to adapt.
A majority of my personal training experience has been with men and women of all types, including beginners, pre- teens, pre and post natal, and including third age. ALONG WITH EVERY WORKOUT PROGRAM COMES: Meal planning, nutritional education, and consistent moral support and motivation through email and phone when not training.
I have completed Seek the Peak, three half marathons, hiked the Grouse Grind numerous times (fastest time 40 min) and in my spare time I enjoy hiking, yoga and strength training.
