I was raised in the small town of Trail BC. My early years was filled with a deep appreciation to the great outdoors; I developed a love for camping, hiking, swimming in lakes. As I transitioned to a teen, my fascination with fitness grew exponentially..stair workouts, pushups in my bedroom, aerobic classes at the local gym, and outdoor runs.

This passion continued to flourish as I entered adulthood, and eventually leading me to Vancouver. After a few different jobs I discovered my true calling as a personal trainer. Over the course of many years I honed my skills at the prestigeuos Hollyburn Country Club, where I had the privilege of training individuals ranging from teenagers and seniors to professional athletes.

After dedicating over 17 years of self employment in Vancouver. Today I am engaged in mobile personal training, where I bring the gym experience right to your doorstep. My expertise spans from meal planning, rehabilitation, enhancing flexibility,and much more, tailored to help you achieve your goals.

I employ a wide range of exercises including, free weights, kettle bells, plyometrics, and cardio specific workouts, fitness can be fun and challenging at the same time. Through a workout schedule that is progressive, your workouts are never getting easier in fact, the exercises are always getting harder making it difficult for your body to adapt.

A majority of my personal training experience has been with men and women of all types. ALONG WITH EVERY WORKOUT PROGRAM COMES: Meal planning, nutritional education, and consistent moral support and motivation through email and phone when not training.

I have completed Seek the Peak, three half marathons, hiked the Grouse Grind numerous times (fastest time 40 min) and in my spare time I enjoy hiking, yoga and strength training.

I've been working out with Daniela for 2.5 years, and I'm still learning new exercises and techniques. We've done in-house and on-line, and both work great for me. I have multiple minor injuries which always get factored into the routine and my strength and muscle tone have really improved a lot, as well as flexibility. We've developed a great friendship as well, as she is so easy to get along with. I've recommended her to my mum, in her 70s, and all workouts are easily adapted to the needs of the client. No equipment required but any equipment you do have will get incorporated into the routine. Highly recommend.

I am so happy we decided to work out with Daniela! My wife and I needed help staying motivated and disciplined to get in shape for our wedding. It has been so much more effective having Daniela come to our house to work out and we are not only in better shape but changing our habits around eating and overall health too!
